Mr. Machell C. Williams is a Senior Trial Attorney at Garcia Legal Group, P.C. Machell was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2013. With a diverse background and extensive legal experience, Machell specializes in personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.


Machell's journey to the legal profession began while he was still serving in the United States Navy as an aviation technician. During this time, he pursued his education simultaneously, attending the University of Texas at Arlington where he graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. His commitment to service and education continued as he earned his law degree from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law.


While juggling his responsibilities in the Navy and his studies, Machell dedicated himself to public service, volunteering with the Innocence Project at the school’s Earl Carl Institute for Legal and Social Policy. His passion for justice and fairness was ignited as he worked to overturn the sentences of wrongfully convicted individuals, particularly those fromunderprivileged backgrounds. This experience solidified his commitment to providing top-tier legal representation to those in need.


Machell's unique background and upbringing imbue him with a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face. He approaches each case with empathy, seeking to understand the specific issues at hand and craft tailored legal solutions.
