News: Semi and sedan involved in fatal collision on I-35 in Denton

DENTON, TX - Police in Denton were at the scene of a fatal collision on Monday night, according to the Denton Record-Chronicle.
Police said the crash happened on southbound Interstate 35 in the area of Ganzer Road at about 7:43 p.m., and involved a sedan and a semi truck or trailer.
One person, a male, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported in the wreck. Traffic in the area was diverted for over five hours while the scene was being cleared.
