DWI charges are pending against the driver

FORT WORTH, TX - Four people were rushed to the hospital following a suspected DWI crash in southeast Fort Worth on Monday evening.


According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the collision occurred at about 4 p.m. when a vehicle ran the red light at the intersection of Mansfield Highway and Wichita Street and collided with another.


Three women in the vehicle that was hit were taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.


The other driver, an unidentified man, was also hospitalized in serious condition. Police say he is facing charges of intoxication assault.
