News: Cyclist killed in hit-and-run in SE Dallas
The deadly crash occurred in the Kleberg area
DALLAS, TX - Police in southeast Dallas are searching for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run that claimed the life of a bicyclist early Sunday.
According to a report by Fox 4 News, the cyclist was riding in the 12900 block of Kleberg Road near Cool Mist Lane shortly after 7 a.m. when he was hit by a white SUV.
The driver of the SUV initially got out, but quickly returned to their vehicle and fled the scene.
The cyclist was taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
