ARLINGTON, TX - A man riding a motorcycle was killed in a crash in Arlington on Saturday afternoon, CBS DFW reports.
The accident happened in the vicinity of NW Green Oaks Boulevard and W Randol Mill Road at about 4 p.m. Police said the victim was riding a Suzuki motorcycle north on NW Green Oaks Boulevard when he struck a curb.
The man was ejected from the motorcycle, which then fell on top of him. The motorcycle rider, a 43-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet at the time, police said. No other injuries were reported.
There were indications that speed was a contributing factor in the incident, according to investigators.
