News: Stretch of I-30 in Dallas shut down following fatal accident
At least one person was killed in the crash in the eastbound lanes of I-30 underneath Interstate 45.
DALLAS, TX - A multi-vehicle accident along Interstate 30 In Dallas left one person dead and two others injured, reports NBC DFW.
The Dallas County Sheriff's Office said the incident happened on a stretch of I-30 eastbound that runs under Interstate 45. Two vehicles and a flatbed trailer carrying concrete were involved in the collision that occurred at about 7 a.m.
The two people injured were transported to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Authorities said the eastbound lanes of I-30 were being shut down due to debris from the crash, and drivers were being detoured onto Interstate 45.
