News: Fatal accident shuts down I-35W in south Fort Worth
Crews responded to the scene in the northbound lanes of I-35 at Garden Acres Drive Monday morning.
FORT WORTH, TX - Police and first responders were at the scene of a fatal accident in south Fort Worth on Monday morning.
According to WFAA, several vehicles were involved in the crash that took place in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35W at about 5:30 a.m. At least one person was reported to have died in the wreck.
One man was rushed to the hospital after being extricated from a pickup truck, but it was not yet confirmed whether he was the person who was killed. The incident shut down all northbound lanes of I-35W at Garden Acres Drive while the scene was being cleared.
