News: Motorcyclist critically injured in collision in Richland Hills

The motorcycle collided with a car at the intersection of Handley Ederville Road and Tower Street.

RICHLAND HILLS, TX - A motorcyclist was critically injured in a collision with a car in Richland Hills on Friday, city officials said.


According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, police and fire crews were dispatched to the area of Handley Ederville Road and Tower Street after the incident occurred at about 2:23 p.m.  The motorcycle rider was rushed to an area hospital and was listed in critical condition. The driver of the car and an adult passenger were treated at the scene. No details were released on what led to the crash.


Handley Ederville Road was shut down for hours for the crash investigation, which remains ongoing.  So far no criminal charges are pending in the case.
